We request you to check the products before receiving, If is perfect and fill your expectation, pay the delivery person and be a happy BlackNavy member!

• If it doesn’t perfect, return it to the delivery person and pay them the delivery charge for their effort

Note : If the delivery man leaves after your receiving Products. You won’t be able to claim any return or refund

Exchange

In case, size doesn’t fit contact us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If product not available you can exchange with another product. Another product must be same or higher price than your product
• Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
• BlackNavy will accept the exchange of items which are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
• Items will NOT be exchanged if a request is made after 72 hours.
• For any exchange you have to pay the delivery charge
